ACE is managing call center operations for Etisalat Afghanistan. As part of this project, we hire competent, reliable, and motivated jobseekers to serve as call center agents. Every two to three months, written tests and interviews are organized for the selection/hiring purposes. To ensure transparency and accountability, ACE displays the call center agents’ test/interview results on it’s website and share this with candidates for information purposes.
