POSITION:

Chief Projects Officer

Enjella Mazaher serves at ACE as Chief Projects Officer. In this position Enjella plays a role in project management, project reporting, and client servicing. Enjella also plays a significant role at ACE supporting business development and training activities.

Enjella began her career teaching English at Kabul University, initially as a part-time staff member in an English preparatory program, and later as an Assistant Professor. Enjella also taught English classes for students who had earned scholarships from the Afghanistan Relief Organization.

Enjella next took her experience in teaching to the Afghanistan Holding Group (AHG), where she took a position as Capacity Development Officer. Her main area of focus at AHG was the University Support and Workforce Development Program (USWDP), in which Enjella assisted in preparing course curriculums and training material, as well as training delivery,

In 2015, Enjella joined ACE, where she began as a part-time project coordinator. Enjella’s abilities led to her promotion to Senior Project Manager a year later, and then to Director of Projects in 2017. At ACE, Enjella has worked on such notable projects as USAID’s Assistance in Building Afghanistan by Developing Enterprises (ABADE), the Afghanistan Workforce Development Program (AWDP), the Girls in Science project funded by the Aga Khan Foundation, and the European Reintegration Network (ERIN) project, funded by various European governments.

Enjella earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kabul University in 2018, specializing in Management. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kabul University in 2014, studying in the Faculty of Languages and Literature.
