Lead Consultant

 

 

Farhad Ahmad is the Lead Consultant for ACE’s Technical Support to the Executive Committee on Private Sector Development (PriSEC) project. As Lead Consultant, Mr. Ahmad brings his considerable experience with the Afghan public and private sector to bear in coordinating and leading PriSEC’s Financial Sector Development Working Group and in providing technical support to identify and assess business process mapping. Mr. Ahmad’s technical skills include financial statement analysis, public financial management, business process mapping, concept note development, and value chain analysis. Prior to taking on this role, Mr. Ahmad served as a credit risk officer and an accounting and finance clerk at Sarai Shahzada Money Exchange Market. He also served as the vice-president of the Afghanistan Fulbright Association and as a consultant at the Asian Development Bank, an equity research analyst at Clark University, an internal audit officer for Pashtany Bank, and a functional review expert for the Afghan Ministry of Finance. Farhad Ahmad holds an MBA degree in Finance from Clark University, in the US, and a BBA in Finance and Management from the American University of Afghanistan.
