Farhad Ahmad Mohammadzai serves at ACE as a special consultant supporting the work of the Afghan Government’s Executive Committee on Private Sector Development (PriSEC). His responsibilities within the team include facilitating the Financial Sector Development Working Group meetings, developing process mapping for three of the World Bank’s Doing Business Indicators, and leading planning in the area of public-private dialogues.
Farhad developed his expertise in finance and economic development through is work in a number of positions at Pashtany Bank. Over the course of two years, Farhad assumed the roles of Credit Risk Officer, Finance Officer, Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Internal Audit Officer.
Farhad received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Clark University in the Massachusetts through the US State Department’s Fulbright scholarship program. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the American University of Afghanistan, in Kabul.
