Chief Financial Officer

Isfaq Shah serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ACE. Over the course of his professional career, which spans more than ten years of public and private sector experience, Mr. Shah has remained committed to providing the highest caliber expertise, including financial oversight, strategic financial advisory, and compliance and taxation support, to projects and organizations in Afghanistan and beyond. He has worked with international contractors, including the World Bank, USAID, the US Department of Defense, the EU, and the ABD; he has professional experience in the UK, UAE, and in Afghanistan. Prior to his tenure at ACE, Mr. Shah was the Financial Accountant for Salami Business Solutions for three years; subsequently, he served as Head of the Accounting and Tax Division at Afghanistan Holding Group from 2011-2016. Mr. Shah holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Peshawar and is an associate member of the AFA – Institute of Financial Accountants in London and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Glasgow, UK.
