Supporting ACE on Capacity Building


Najma Qurbani is currently supporting ACE on capacity building for the Executive Committee on Private Sector Development. Through her work experience and studies, Najma has developed expertise in management, market research, and micro and macro economics, among other subjects.


Najma began her career with an internship at the Ministry of Counter Narcotics, which led to a full-time position as an Admin & Finance Assistant. Najma’s next role was with USAID, working on the Women in Economy project as a Business Management Consultant embedded with the 786 chain of pharmacies. She was next assigned to support Rumi Trading LLC, as a Business Development Advisor.


Najma completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American University of Afghanistan in Kabul and she completed in Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE), from the Asian University for Women in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
