KHANAGi Project/ M&E Assistant

Sonia serves at ACE as M&E Assistant and also manages KHANAGi. Sonia began her career at the Sobh-e-Omid Educational Center, teaching courses in English and mathematic. Later, Sonia joined Maltya Financial Services, as a Call Center Agent.

In 2017, Sonia became part of the ACE team, filling a position as an assistant in the Employment Services division. Sonia worked with various employers to identify qualified applicants to fill key roles within the client organization. Within six months, Sonia had proven herself to be a valuable asset to the division and was promoted to the level of Officer at ACE. Sonia became more involved in interviewing job-seekers and identifying the areas in their past experiences that made them the right match for available positions.

Sonia received her associate degree in Management from the National Institute of Management and Administration (NIMA), in 2017. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Bakhtar University, in Kabul.
