M&E Manager

 

Mr. Ebadullah Shinwarie serves as M&E Manager at ACE. He brings 11 years of professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, working with international non-governmental organizations and government and international donor-funded projects, to this role. In addition, he has practical experience in project planning, project budgeting, project reporting, employee capacity development, logistics, and procurement. Mr. Shinwarie has conducted and facilitated numerous training for INGOs, NGOs, and government staff on Result Based M&E, OD (Organizational Development), Business Initiation/Development, Community Mobilization/Engagement, and Effective Change Management.

Mr. Shinwarie is from Shpula village in the Haska Mina district of Nangarhar province; after completing his high school studies at Nangarhar High School in Jalalabad city, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from the Agriculture Department of Kabul University in 2010. In 2020, he earned his MBA from Kardan University. Mr. Shinwarie has acquired further expertise through his participation in professional training and workshops, both inside and outside Afghanistan. These have covered topics including Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation, Community Mobilization and Engagement, Economic Evaluation, and Strategy and Development.
