Investment Facilitation and Promotion Expert

Mirwais Sarrah Serves as Investment Promotion and Facilitation Expert for ACE’s Technical Support to PriSEC Project. Mr. Sarrah has over 18 years of work experience in project management and overall project and organization leadership with international development organizations such as CARE International, the United Nations Development program (UNDP), The World Bank, USAID, and the Government of Afghanistan, as well as other multi-donor funded projects across Afghanistan. Prior to joining ACE, he worked as a Functional Review Specialist for the Afghan Ministry of Finance, where he was responsible for overall ministry functions and proposing technical changes to improve services. Mr. Sarrah earned an MBA from Preston University with a focus in General Management and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Kabul University.
