DAI is implementing a US funded project aimed at Assisting the legislative bodies of Afghanistan (ALBA). DAI contracted ACE to train the parliamentary staff of Afghanistan Senate in the fundamentals of project life cycle and to help them learn project management skills as well team building and human resources management skills.

ACE conducted a capacity needs assessment of the identified parliamentary staff, develop them customized courses on PCM and HRM and conducted 6 days in-class training, which helped them learn project management, logical framework, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, team building exercises, and human resources development.
