17 Mar Provision of Monitoring Services

The Alternative Development Sub-Programme of UNODC is a four years’ program which is designed to support and develop alternative development interventions in accordance with Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GoIRA) and UNODC policies and strategies.

The AD Programme recently hired ACE to provide monitoring services through recruitment and management of 16 technical personnel per the provided Terms of Reference and in the capacity of AD Coordinator and M&E Assistant (Afghan Nationals) both males and females who will be based at the directorate of counter narcotics in the target province and will be required to travel to provinces and districts covered under AD Programme. The  target provinces for this assignment are Helmand, Jawzjan, Nimruz, Oruzgan, Paktia, Samangan, Paktika, Bamian, Nangarhar, Panjshir, Parwan, Takhar and Wardak.
