Training and Internship Program

ACE provided 120 hours of training over a course of two and a half months on personal development, business management, English skills and pre-employability skills to the 50 top female Afghan students in Kabul. After the training ACE provided all of them with internship opportunities placing them within the public and the private sector.

The graduates were given the opportunity to work over a timespan of four months with WFP, AUAF, Roshan Telecom, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Women Affairs, MRRD, and other reputable organizations as Interns. ACE placement team subsequently linked them to potential employers for permanent jobs.
