13 Jun Women Leadership Development – JAWANA Training

Tetra-Tech “TT” is implementing the Women Leadership Development component of the USAID funded PROMOTE project in Afghanistan. ACE is contracted by TT to train 225 female participants aged 18 – 30 in Herat province.

ACE trained 225 participants on soft skills, management skills, leadership skills, social skills, presentation and communications skills, and inculcating their Artistic skills. These participants were provided more than 150 hours of in-class instructions and they were coached by the ACE course facilitators to write up their projects.
