In this capacity, Mr. Sherzad is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of ACE\u2019s efforts to increase the platform\u2019s effectiveness in driving private sector reforms in Afghanistan. Mr. Sherzad is passionate about working with both public and private sector players to build a stronger Afghanistan. He has pursued this goal throughout his career, from his efforts implementing community development projects and training staff in project management and public administration at the municipal level through the Afghanistan Municipal Strengthening Program to his work as Acting Director of Proposal Development for the Afghanistan Investment Climate Facility (Harakat). Mr. Sherzad has also served as the Public Private Partnership Advisor to Promote \u2013 Women Leadership Development and as Senior Manager for Save the Children International.
