Enjella Mazaher<\/strong> serves as the CEO of ACE. As CEO, she is responsible for providing and determining strategic goals for the organization, annual planning, establishing rigorous governance systems for the ACE project portfolio, managing the organization\u2019s finances, overall management, program, and business development, and representing ACE in both national and international forums. Ms. Mazaher believes in building and supporting the capacity of Afghan women, youth, and the workforce as a whole to drive Afghanistan\u2019s sustainable development. Before being named ACE\u2019s CEO in September of 2020, Ms. Mazaher served as ACE\u2019s Chief Projects Officer, leading some of ACE\u2019s most impactful and successful projects, working with partners including ERRIN (European Return and Reintegration Network), the Agha Khan Foundation, UNDP, and the Afghan-Australian Alumni Association. Prior to her tenure at ACE, Ms. Mazaher served as Senior Project Manager for USAID, where she managed the Afghanistan Workforce Development Project (AWDP); she also served as a part-time assistant professor at the Kabul University Faculty of Languages and Literature.
