27 Jul ACGF – Afghan Credit Guarantee Foundation (AIB)

ACGF’s mandate is to contribute to strengthening the emerging financial sector and to developing private-sector capacity in Afghanistan, thus to support the creation of employment and in-come. ACGF facilitates access to finance for Afghan small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

In this assignment ACE was required to develop a coherent set of processes, procedures and rules in written form to which the recovery officers can refer to in the course of their work and deliver the same through a two days training. Furthermore, the objective of this assignment was to;

-Lay the basis for an effective and efficient Recovery Unit of AIB that is able to increase recoveries by this partner bank of ACGF.
