ACE has deployed and managed field based facilitators and extenders to ten provinces to respond to regular UNICEF programs and in the sudden onset of humanitarian crises like floods, internally displaced people (IDPs), landslides, earthquakes etc. ACE was taking care of job advertisements, selection and recruitment as well as deployment management of the fields based facilitators and extenders.
