12 Jun Staff Capacity Assessment and Training Plan Development

Asia Consultancy Group (ACG) is a leading independent private company providing Telecommunications Infrastructure and engineering services across Afghanistan.

ACE was contracted by ACG for a three days Training Needs Assessment of their staff. The purpose of the assignment was to look at the current capacity of the ACG staff and propose an appropriate training plan to learn English and computer skills as well as managerial and business operations skills at different levels of staff capacity. ACE completed the assessment and shared the assessment report with the ACG management.
