POSITION:

 

Project Officer

 

Maruf Safi serves at ACE as a Project Officer, supporting a number of different projects under ACE management. His primary area of focus is on the European Returnee and Reintegration Network (ERIN) project, in support of Afghan returnees from Europe. Maruf’s primary strengths include conceptual skills, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and technical skills.

Maruf began his career with the Independent Election Commission, followed by work as an English language instructor at the Aghaaz Naween English Language and Computer Institute.

In 2013, Maruf joined Etisalat Afghanistan as a Customer Care Agent. At Etisalat, Maruf gained expensive experience in customer service, as well as learning the ins and outs of how a call center is structured and managed.

In 2017, Maruf took his extensive experience with Etisalat customer service to ACE, where he supported the agency with its work hiring and training qualified applicants for the Customer Care department.

Maruf graduated from Bakhtar University’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program in 2018, and also holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Khpalwaak Cambridge Institute.
